Andrew founded ARJ in 1991, with the aim of providing a personalised and bespoke construction service across multiple industry sectors. He has since overseen the successful and stable growth of the business, which continues to embody this approach today. His engaging, hands-on personality has been instrumental to securing long term relationships with numerous clients, most notably in the healthcare sector which he is especially passionate about.
Andrew is also a great advocate for his favourite charity, Wheel for Martin’s Friends, and enjoys spending time with his family.
Sean joined ARJ in 2005 to strengthen the leadership of the business for future growth. His experience across a wide variety of sectors, his supply chain knowledge and commercial awareness has been central to delivering schemes innovatively and to the highest standards. This is evidenced by the relationships and repeat business contracts he has helped secure with clients such as Selfridges and Lyca Health.
When Sean is not at work, he enjoys spending time with family and friends. He is also an avid rugby fan and a member of his local rugby club.
Steve joined the company in 2005, and has since helped the business to successfully expand and diversify. His experience encompasses commercial, residential, education and retail projects, both new build and refurbishment, for clients such as The Royal Household. He is a dedicated individual, committed to ensuring the overall construction experience for clients and stakeholders is a positive one. He is personally involved in all areas of business operations, from preconstruction to aftercare.
In his spare time, Steve enjoys swimming and sailing, watching football and spending time with his family.
Danny has over 20 years’ experience in the Irish and UK Construction industry across a broad range of sectors. He is responsible for all commercial activities in the company, including surveying, risk management and supply chain management.
Outside of work Danny enjoys family time and checking out the latest technology.
Daniel has more than 20 years’ experience in the construction industry, with extensive knowledge of the education sector. He is a dynamic, enthusiastic and positive professional, whose goal is to ensure each project under his remit is delivered successfully. Daniel oversees the development of strategic project execution plans, cost management, design management and construction delivery, whilst managing customer satisfaction and expectations.
In his spare time Daniel enjoys spending time with the family, golf and watching Sidcup Rugby Football Club.
Lee has over 15 years' experience in the construction industry. Having spent 9 years on site as a skilled operative then as site manager, his hands-on experience ignited his ambition to train as a health, safety and environmental advisor. His last five years has seen him in this role, actively developing his professional knowledge and qualifications.
Due to his experience on site, Lee has a sound knowledge of how operatives undertake their work and a clear understanding of controlling risk to people and the environment.
When Lee is not at work, he enjoys spending time with family and friends, playing cricket and travelling.
Tim manages all pre-construction activities within ARJ. With over 20 years' experience of the UK Construction industry, Tim is driven by producing high quality submissions and solutions and has successfully managed and secured numerous high profile bids including major frameworks and construction projects. During his free time Tim enjoys playing and listening to music and watching football.
