Addenbrookes Tomotherapy featured on BBC Look East

Last night, as part of their focus on 70 years of the NHS, BBC Look East covered an innovative new cancer treatment suite at Addenbrookes Hospital in Cambridge, which was delivered earlier this year by ARJ.  Using guided high energy x-rays to kill cancer cells, the new machine targets the cancer itself and is the most advanced machine of its kind in the UK.  The speed of delivery is also vastly improved, meaning that an extra 4000 cancer patients per year can now be treated. ARJ are proud to have been involved in delivering this dynamic treatment centre and to continue to support the NHS in the fantastic work that they undertake.
