Our Model Bricklaying Apprentice
ARJ are delighted to have been awarded the £23.9m contract to deliver the new Mollies Hotel at the site of the Old Granada Studios, Atherton Street, Manchester for Allied London. This exciting project will the see the existing office building refurbished and fitted out into the new hotel, complete with a vertical extension to form an outdoor swimming pool and roof-top bar area on the eighth and ninth floors. An additional two-storey extension to the side of the main building will form a new restaurant and additional rooms. Works commence on site during February 2020.
