Our Model Bricklaying Apprentice
ARJ are delighted to have been awarded the £11.9m contract to deliver the new Priory House Extra Care Home & Day Centre for Southend Borough Council. The project will provide a new 60-bed care facility with an adjoining day care centre. Both facilities will share a range of facilities, including a communal cafe and commercial kitchen. The existing adjacent care facility will be demolished and landscaped once the new centre has been completed.
