Our Model Bricklaying Apprentice
ARJ’s order book received a further boost this month, as we signed contracts with Populo Living to deliver the £28m Brickyard development in East Ham. Located on the corner of the High Street, the project will provide 98 new homes and retail space on the ground and first floor.
A podium sits above the retail and provides external amenity space for the residents. The residential blocks extend above the podium up to nine storeys.
Works are due to start on site in April 2021.
