ARJ are delighted to have signed the £21.3m contract to deliver this fantastic development at 98-102 Burnt Oak Broadway for our client Network Homes Ltd.
The development comprises the demolition of the former Tesco site and provides 100 apartments, including much needed affordable homes, and commercial areas spread over the basement, ground and first floors. Site possession took place on Monday and the project will be delivered within a 24 month programme.
