Project Description

This new Bermondsey mixed-use development is over 10 floors, three of which will be BREEAM Excellent office space (basement, ground and first floor level).

The construction is a reinforced concrete frame, completed with an external glazed, brick GRC façade.

Fit out works include installation of services, fixed finishes, fittings and furnishings to 30 private and 13 affordable flats, along with associated communal, circulation and support spaces.

We have also completed external landscaping and provided green and brown roofs.
