Project Description
This project, located on Euston Road, consisted of the redevelopment of the existing Cambridge House building. Refurbishment of the former four storey building provided circa 1,407sqm Gross Internal Area (GIA), inclusive of basement. Additionally, a new two storey vertical extension was formed using Cross Laminated Timber (CLT) technology, to provide a further 440sqm of space, including a state-of-the-art lecture theatre and additional teaching rooms.
We are proud to say this project was named Project of the Year in the Learning category of the New London Architecture awards 2021 and Value Award at the Constructing Excellence SECBE 2022 awards.
