Project Description
Located on the corner of the High Street in East Ham, the Brickyard project provides 98 new homes in place of a former Co-op store. In addition, we provided new retail space on the ground and first floors, which has been leased to Lidl.
A podium sits above the retail units and provides external amenity space for the residents. The residential blocks extend above the podium up to nine storeys.
This project completed in January 2024.
