- 50 houses (2, 3 & 4 bedroom)

The development is located on a former equestrian site, which means the project will also require:
- New utilities infrastructure
- A substation
- Hard and soft landscaping
- New access into the site from Orchard Close via a Section 278 Agreement
The scheme is due for completion summer 2023
