Our Model Bricklaying Apprentice
We are thrilled to announce we have signed contracts on 25-33 Parkhouse Street, Camberwell for Southern Housing Group.
The scheme comprises the demolition of existing structures, remedial groundworks and construction of a new mixed-use development. The building spans 6 to 11 storeys – accommodating 109 new homes (92 shared ownership, 17 affordable rent) alongside commercial floor space, car parking, cycle parking and landscaping.
Work will commence early December 2022 with completion due winter 2024.
