Coombe Road Progression

Works are advancing at our Coombe Road, New Malden site. Piling is now complete and works are progressing nicely on the pile caps and capping beams. The first basement excavation will be starting very shortly.

This £25.8m residential mixed-use development will deliver 79 apartments, 4 terraced maisonettes, a ground floor retail/commercial zone and a basement car park.

You will see our site if you are travelling to or from the adjacent New Malden train station. If you use this line, keep an eye on our progression!
