Our First Project for The Guinness Partnership
We are thrilled to be delivering this exciting new development at 7 Cross Lane in Hornsey, London. We have been contracted to demolish the existing buildings and replace them with two new residential blocks, which will rise to 5 and 6 storeys.
In total, we will provide 50 new apartments (mixed tenures) and a ground floor retail/commercial zone.
