Project Description
Located on the corner of the High Street in East Ham, the Brickyard project will provide 98 new homes in place of a former Co-op store. In addition, we will provide new retail space on the ground and first floors.
A podium will sit above the retail units and provide external amenity space for the residents. The residential blocks extend above the podium up to nine storeys.
Completion is due at the end of 2023.
