Project Description
The extension and refurbishment of a five storey building to provide a state-of-the-art commercial redevelopment in Bethnal Green. Phase one included a roof-top extension to the existing structure, a six storey extension to the front of the property and complete refurbishment. Phase two provided a stunning new six storey extension, formed using a cross laminated timber frame.
The completed facility provides stunning commercial office facilities for local businesses.
