The finished building will deliver 24 flats with a mix of 1,2 and 3 bedrooms, including 4 wheelchair duplexes with their own private entrances. Provision is also made for disabled car parking, external cycle storage, and landscaping, including communal green space and playground.
Fendall Street will offer 16 flats; one wheelchair duplex and a mix of 1,2 and 3 bed units over 5 stories. Using the same construction method as Maltby Street; it’s appearance will be very similar, although this site will also deliver internal cycle storage, a new ball court, play area and communal gardens.
