Project Description
The Paradise Depot development for Dacorum Borough Council provides 56 new homes for affordable rent in Hemel Hempstead.
The development is taking place on a former industrial site, which has been used more recently by a local food bank. In addition to the new five-storey housing development, the contract also includes a new two-storey commercial complex that will provide new facilities for the food bank, alongside a bike workshop, office space and a café.
ARJ are due to take site possession imminently with a view to commencing demolition in the autumn. Completion is expected in Spring 2026.
