Project Description
Formerly Priory House, this Southend project saw the demolition of the original care home, construction of a new 60-bed care facility with an adjoining day care centre. Both blocks share a range of facilities, including a communal cafe and commercial kitchen. The existing care home site is now a fully landscaped garden and parking area.
