Our Model Bricklaying Apprentice
Work is well underway at our Irene House site on Balham High Road, London.
This is a £10.38m contract for our client, Telereal Trillium, which entails converting a 1950’s office block into 77 new apartments. In addition to refurbishing the existing layout, a new single storey roof extension is being constructed, providing additional apartments with roof terraces, to complete a fresh look to the building.
Works commenced on site in May 2020 and completion is expected in July 2021.
