Our Manchester Goods Yard CAT A and CAT B fit-out is now complete and looks incredible!
Appointed by property consultants OBI – the scheme saw us deliver 175,000 sq ft of office space fit-out, offering team areas, breakout spaces and catering facilities, along with games rooms, a high-tech auditorium, seminar space and external wellbeing winter gardens on each floor.
The client has now moved into its new global headquarters in the commercial heart of Manchester and is set to be home to more than 1,300 employees.
Speaking soon after the handover, Director Sean Kneller said
