Contract Signed at The Gates

ARJ are delighted to have signed contracts with Settle to deliver The Gates housing development in Houghton Regis. This is ARJ’s second project with Settle and follows the Orchard Close development in Upper Gravenhurst.

This exciting new development will deliver 119 new affordable homes, through a mix of 1-4 bedroom houses.

Works are commencing on site, with completion due in 2025.
