Our Model Bricklaying Apprentice
We are delighted to announce a new contract with Dacorum Borough Council for the design and construction of 56 affordable homes and a separate foodbank, bike workshop, office space and cafe area at the former Paradise depot in Hemel Hempstead.
Speaking of the new contract, Director Steve Doherty said, “We are thrilled to be appointed and very much look forward to working with Dacorum Borough Council and BPM Project Management Ltd on this exciting project. The completed scheme will deliver much needed affordable housing alongside essential community spaces for the local residents.”
Demolition work is due to commence later this year, with a projected completion in the spring of 2026.
