Our Model Bricklaying Apprentice
We are pleased to announce that we have recently signed contracts on Hearnden Court, Wellingborough – our first project for Greatwell Homes.
Situated on Henshaw Road, this mixed-tenure development will deliver 57 energy-efficient extra care units complete with communal spaces – lounges, dining areas, a catering kitchen, assisted bath/spa room and guest facilities, along with secure resident gardens.
Sales and Marketing Director Tim Smithson said:
“We are delighted to have secured our first contract with Greatwell Homes and are thrilled to be delivering much-needed accommodation for people with support needs.”
Preparations are currently underway to commence the demolition works this autumn, and with an anticipated construction programme of 24 months, completion is due in the winter of 2025.
