Our Model Bricklaying Apprentice
ARJ supported National Apprenticeships Week last month with a stand at the HRUC (Harrow Richmond and Uxbridge Colleges) Skills for Life Careers Fair.
Held at the Uxbridge campus, our Assistant Surveyor Sam Leahy and Trainee Surveyor Bliss Surman talked to students from both HRUC and the local schools about the broad range of careers found within the construction industry.
With our residential development currently on site at One Vinyl Square, Hayes for Network Homes – we were able to gain interest from local students regarding placements available as part of our social value obligations.
The day was a great success, and our thanks go to Uxbridge College for inviting us.
