Project Description

An exciting and transformative new project at 5-29 Coombe Road in New Malden. The contract will deliver a new £25.8m residential mixed-use development, including 79 apartments, 4 terraced maisonettes, a ground floor retail/commercial zone and a basement car park.

We are looking to commence with our site set-up in late September and the project is planned to take 93-weeks.
