A residential new build scheme for Optivo, providing 134 affordable tenure flats located in Purley, in the London Borough of Croydon.
The residences are split over 3 blocks within a triangular tapered and sloping site. The blocks range from 6 to 11 stories in height, providing amenity areas on the ground and lower ground floors.
Design features include inset balconies and extensive landscaping between the blocks, consisting of soft landscaping, play areas and vehicle access/parking.
