Project Description
This development at 98-102 Burnt Oak Broadway comprises the demolition of a former Tesco site and construction of a new apartment block. It will contain 100 residential units, including much needed affordable homes. We will also provide commercial areas spread over the basement, ground and first floors.
Build Duration
Possession of the site was March 2021, with completion due in December 2023.
