We are proud to announce that we have secured a place on the LHC New Build Housing Construction (H2) framework – a 4 year, £1bn new-build housing framework delivering public sector construction projects across England.
Speaking of the recent award, Sales & Marketing Director Tim Smithson said “We are thrilled to have been appointed to the LHC framework and especially happy to have secured our favoured lots across London, the South East and East of England. We are looking forward to the opportunities to deliver much needed homes and contribute to improving the lives of the local communities.”
The framework is now live and will run to September 2026.
